Since meeting 18 years ago through coaching, Gavin English and Kevin Molloy have made it their mission to enable access to high-quality, values driven, sporting activity for young people across London, not just through delivery, but in building an extraordinary community of like-minded organisations driven by great people with the desire to do good.
Sport - Through decades of experience, designing and leading school sporting programmes of the very highest quality, coaching from grassroots through to international level, advising governing bodies and other sporting organisations on strategy and delivery, and building literally hundreds of high quality contacts across the sector, Kevin and Gavin are well placed to advise, steer and support others to help them reach greater numbers of young people and ultimately enhance their provision but more excitingly, to bring about highly impactful partnerships and relationships that allow those that we work with, and enable in partnership, to reach a whole new level of provision. - Their next level as it were…
Education - Gavin and Kevin have spent many years as teachers and leaders both pastoral and academic. They are currently senior leaders in one of London’s top independent day schools (secondary and primary) and work across the sector in governance and support of state sector education. Through this work they have found themselves working as advisors, content creators and consultants for several organisations and on cross sector educational initiatives and lobbyist groups, particularly in the field of inclusion, adolescent mental health and wellbeing, parental education and support, and physical and emotional literacy in schools.

Our NXT Level!
Tom Derry (Chief Operating Officer) has a long standing relationship with Gavin and Kevin and was even a key member of their school’s national cup final squad! Following completion of his education, Tom went on to sign a professional contract with Gillingham FC and subsequently has gone on to have a 10 year career (and counting) across the National and Isthmian leagues.
With a background in property and project management alongside his impressive footballing career, it was Tom that enabled Gavin and Kevin’s work to become what NXT Level is today, expanding our reach into facilities management, recruiting and leading a team of motivated, experienced and qualified staff to facilitate increased NXT delivery of quality content and services, and enabling partners and providers in the launch, implementation and development of their programmes.
Tom has been instrumental in allowing NXT Level and its partners to reach hundreds more children and deliver thousands more hours of enabling, high quality provision. Tom is also a key member of our player support team, working with aspiring young footballers to enable them in their individual ambitions.
